3. Facebook and Meta services

Kattch may use Meta platforms and APIs, including Facebook, to publish approved business content and support social media automation. Where Meta provides information to Kattch through its services or APIs, we use that information only for the purpose for which access was granted and in accordance with applicable Meta platform terms and policies.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that are required to operate Kattch, such as communications, hosting, automation or email service providers. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Kattch may rely on third-party platforms and services. Those providers may process information under their own privacy policies and terms. We encourage users to review the privacy information provided by those services where relevant.

If you choose to book a Business Leak Review call, scheduling is provided by Calendly. If you open the Calendly booking step, your name, email address and chosen appointment details are processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy in order to arrange and manage the appointment.

10. Cookie and browser-storage information

Kattch uses a small amount of necessary browser storage to remember your cookie preference and, where applicable, to preserve website source-attribution information during your browsing session. Source-attribution information may include UTM source, medium and campaign values and is included with a trial enquiry if you submit the form.

Optional website analytics are provided by Google Analytics 4 using property G-11TPM9RSH9. Analytics are disabled unless you actively select “Accept analytics”. If you reject analytics, Kattch does not load GA4 or send analytics events. You can reconsider your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.

The Calendly booking widget is only loaded if you choose to open it after submitting a Business Leak Review enquiry — it is never loaded automatically on page load. Once opened, Calendly may set its own cookies to operate the booking calendar, independently of the analytics choice described above.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page and the “Last updated” date will be revised.
